Email marketing leader NewZapp has developed a totally new platform, NewZapp 5, which has today gone into full beta testing.
NewZapp selected existing customers for the first trial of the new editing and sending software in a real life scenario as they will be the best possible testers and will be able to compare features of the new platform with those of the existing one.
By inviting a good cross section of customers from different sectors to take part in the trial - all of whom are very active users - NewZapp hopes to get valuable feedback based on intensity if usage and the full breadth of the platforms functionality.
Current testers include Arts Award Communications, engineering company Manufacturing Technologies Association and company benefits organisation Elgar Associates. Future testers include Devon County Council, marketing agency Onefish Twofish and Peugeot
Darren Hepburn, NewZapp Sales Director says “One of the goals of NewZapp 5 is to make our already easy-to-use system, even more intuitive and give the user as much power and control as possible.”
Darren and the Technical Director David Hazzard will be gathering and responding to initial feedback to focus it on the ongoing development of NewZapp 5. Detailed customer reactions will be made available in May 2010.
